The staff has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The special sleeping room rate for meeting participants is $120 (Single/Double Occupancy); $145 (Triple Occupancy); $170 (Quadruple Occupancy), excluding local taxes. To make reservations, call the Hyatt Regency at 912.238.1234. Be sure to mention that you are with the NASDDDS 2003 Mid-Year Meeting so that you receive the special, reduced room rate. The cut-off date for reservations is April 19, 2003. So, to avoid any last minute hassles, be sure to make your reservations well in advance of the meeting.

The registration fee is $250 for state directors, state agency program staff, and local developmental disability authority managers and $350 for all other registrants.
