Located about five miles from our hotel, Reagan National Airport provides easy access to Washington DC. Depending on traffic and time of day, travel time is about 10–15 minutes. Complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and Reagan National Airport scheduled daily between 7 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on request.*

Take Route 1 south out of the airport, approximately 3 miles, into Old Town Alexandria.
Turn left onto King Street.
Hotel Monaco Alexandria is on the right side of the street at 480 King Street.
Complimentary hotel shuttle is available to/from the hotel from Ronald Regan Airport.*

Washington, DC/Dulles Airport - IAD:

Take the Dulles Toll Road east to the Capital Beltway (Interstate 495).
Go south on Interstate 495 to Exit 177, Alexandria Route 1.
Take Route 1 north approximately 1 mile to King Street.
Turn right onto King Street.

Baltimore - Washington International Airport - BWI:
Baltimore/Washington International Airport located about 40 miles from our hotel. Depending on traffic and time of day, travel time is about 60-75 minutes.

Take Interstate 95 south until it connects with the Capital Beltway (Interstate 495).
Continue south on Interstate 95/495 until you just cross the Potomac River into Virginia at the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge.
After you cross the bridge, take the first exit, Alexandria Route 1 (Exit 177).
Take Route 1 north approximately 1 mile to King Street.
Turn right onto King Street.

Transportation between Hotel Monaco Alexandria and Reagan National Airport is available daily from 7 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. on request. Shuttles leave the hotel for departing flights every hour on the hour from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Shuttles pick up arriving guests from the airport every hour on the half hour from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. This service is available by request only. Hotel shuttles do not run a continuous route. Please contact the hotel upon your arrival at the airport and we will make arrangements to pick you up at the next scheduled time.
