the reports is provided, along with the reports, which are organized by topical

The Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Promising Practice Page of the
Resource Network on HCBS website includes descriptions of state programs that
demonstrate effective and innovative home and community-based services. The
promising practice analysis is being conducted by The Medstat Group with funding
from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Reports are listed by
topical area, then by state.
