Jill Rogers Announced as New Division Director for Delaware DDS

According to a recent press release, “Jill has devoted over 20 years of her professional life to improving health and health care in Delaware.  Jill provided direct patient care as a nurse in the private and non-profit sectors and developed and managed prevention and health promotion programs in the public health and non-profit arenas.

Jill has served as Chief of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention in Delaware’s Division of Public Health and as a member of the executive leadership team of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services as Executive Director of the Delaware Health Care Commission and Director of the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities. Jill has also provided strategic leadership as Delaware has undertaken broader health system transformation. Throughout her career, Jill has remained focused on improving the lives of individuals, families, friends and neighbors across Delaware. She continues this important work in her current role as the Director of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services.”
