CONFERENCE THEME 

As states continue to rebalance systems to support home and community based services they do so while facing fiscal challenges, changing organizational structure in the state I/DD system, and provider workforce shortages. This requires a need to focus on building capacity at all levels of system.

The conference will provide opportunities to:

  • Learn from state colleagues about state initiatives on a myriad of topics that help to improve the delivery of supports for persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Hear from providers about their perspectives on what capacity-building efforts need to happen from the ground up.
  • Learn about some innovative data driven research based practices to support state efforts.
  • Learn about other models of system re-design and their impacts on long-term services and supports.

EXHIBITS
Interested in exhibiting at the 2018 Mid-Year Conference? 

Exhibitors have the opportunity to establish new and build on existing relationships with state intellectual/developmental disabilities leaders from across the country, national councils and membership organizations, service providers, families, self-advocates, and other interested stakeholders.

Fees
The exhibitor fee is $1,500 per table. This fee includes a 6' x 30" table, two chairs, internet access, electricity, and exhibitor representative(s) in the exhibit area plus discounted registration fee for those exhibitors who wish to attend the conference.

Thursday Conference Award Luncheon: $10,000

Thursday Conference Reception: $10,000 - SOLD
Sponsor is recognized during this reception where conference participants can reconnect with their colleagues. Sponsors will have their logo displayed during the event as well as in the conference program, and the agenda materials. This sponsorship also includes two conference registrations and company signage displayed during the reception.
