SUMMARY:Workforce Affinity Groups
DESCRIPTION:Members only- \nNASDDDS is pleased to convene an affinity group focused on state workforce efforts. This group  provides a forum for states to share the efforts underway to strengthen the direct support workforce.  Many states have wonderful innovations afoot and we hope that this group can foster the sharing and dissemination of good ideas. Topics to include financing (wages/bonuses/provider incentives\, etc); data collection and use; training and credentialing; strategies for retention and rewards for longevity; non-monetary compensation strategies (childcare\, transportation\, etc).
