• Range 72 ($39,664.80 – $66,331.20 Annually).
• Salary will be commensurate with experience. Limitations apply to current State employees.
• 12 paid holidays.

▪ After 1 year, the minimum amount of the pre-retirement death benefit paid to your designated beneficiary is at least equal to your current or previous fiscal year annual salary.
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Behavioral Analysis.
• 12 months or more directly related work experience.
• Provide direct patient care by conducting age-appropriate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior management programs for adult patients.
• Conduct age appropriate psychological assessments under the supervision of a Doctoral-level Psychologist to facilitate diagnosis, treatment planning, and release.
• Participate in treatment planning for adult patients.
• Provide appropriate documentation in the medical record and/or elsewhere of clinical activities (e.g., psychological assessments, individual/group therapy notes, transfer notes, and psychological discharge summaries) within applicable time frames.
• Participate in mandatory in-service training, as well as required professional development in- service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Knowledge and skills in psychological testing and evaluations.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with patients, families, and other professionals in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ability to make good decisions.
• Applicants will be rated based on an evaluation of their job-related training, abilities, experience, and education, and should provide adequate work history identifying experiences related to the duties and minimum qualifications as mentioned above.
