NASDDDS Panel Discussion: Using NCI in Quality Improvement

States have long relied on data available from participation in National Core Indicators© (NCI©), to measure quality in their DD service delivery system. As the use of NCI across the service delivery system has grown, DD quality systems have broadened and matured in their approach to quality improvement. Quality systems can vary across states and the states have different and effective approaches to incorporating NCI data into their overall quality improvement system. On this webinar, a panel of state quality staff from several DD systems will share their perspectives and experiences regarding the use of NCI data as an integral piece of their quality improvement systems.
