Ohio’s Space for Me

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) kicked off their new Space for Me campaign at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cuyahoga County. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, in collaboration with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD) and the Cleveland Zoological Society, unveiled the Calming Cove Sensory Room and a new universal changing station.

The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is one of many accessible, adaptive, and inclusive experiences in the Northeast Ohio community. Explore the Cuyahoga County Board of DD’s Online Resource Guide, All Means All, to discover more inclusive spaces, job opportunities, and events. Ohio will continue to highlight and unveil more inclusive spaces throughout the state through the Space for Me campaign.
