Cross-System Collaboration
NASDDDS Director of Cross-Systems Strategies, Stacy Nonnemacher, PhD, authored an article in the July National Leadership Consortium Bulletin titled A Career Searching for Sustainable Practices for Cross-System Collaboration. Systems change is a long-term process that requires a balance between working within the system, changing the system, and replacing the system. What elements are working? What elements need to be eliminated? What elements need to be changed? In the July Issue of the NLC Bulletin, we hear from leaders across the system and look at the many ways that this work of strategizing and pulling levers is being done already.
